Tried to install Slow Air Screws but there is a clearance issue - ordered gasket from Sudco
Installed new needle retainer bolts (replaced flat head with hex)

kept quitting - CCS Race - horrible in pits
9/11/2005 200 110 1st 1 1/8 48 1.0 Y NA Installed Slow Air Screws by drilling air cleaner adapters and trimming and installing Sudco gasket between air cleaner adapters and carbs
Cleaned tank - took apart petcock and repositioned into "reserve"
Disconnected Accel Pump - ran like crap - reconnected
Adjusted Accel pump tab upwards to lesson amount of accel pump fuel - got rid of burble when throttle is opened quickly
9/16/2005 200 110 1st  3/4 48 1.0 Y 92d Adjusted SAS and the throttle is much crisper and responsive at low rpms
Baseline for Barber trackday
9/19/2005 200 110 1st  3/4 48 1.0 Y 90d Worked great with 200 laps of testing!  Low end is ridable in pits and top end pulls strong.  If rpms are always above 11k, no problems.  Slightly rough from 8k-11k, but can handle even with really good lean angles

Worked great - ran 1:43.2 at Road Atlanta!  No adjustments made - more power than at Barber track day (hmm . . . maybe 110 is still too rich at high o.a.t.) - had to tape radiator because the bike ran at 145d - after two strips at bottom it ran 185d
